The new Entertainment and Sports Arena was named Project of the Year by the African American Real Estate Professionals Association of DC. During the annual awards gala, the project was recognized as an extraordinary achievement in commercial real estate. The theme for the gala was “Impacting Our Community Through Inclusive Development.” Joining hands to accept the award were Smoot Gilbane JV team members.
